If you don’t know How To Blur Out Part Of A Picture On Iphone using third-party apps then follow these steps:-
1. Open the app and select a photo from the Gallery.
2. Go to Tools and choose Lens Blur.
3. Select a blur shape (linear or elliptical) and adjust blur strength, transition, vignette, and style.
4. Pinch to resize, shape, or rotate the focus area.
5. Tap the checkmark to save edits, then hit Export to share or save the image.
