Enhancing the LifeCare Customer Portal
We are continually improving the LifeCare Customer Portal, with new updates released every four weeks to deliver a better experience for our customers.

  • Enhanced user experience and navigation, aligned with the LifeCare website.
  • Performance, reliability, and security improvements.
  • Coming soon: A new onsite appointment booking experience, replacing Acuity. We are currently conducting a phased soft launch ahead of full release.
  • Coming soon: Pre-Employment requests will be migrated into the Customer Portal, providing a more streamlined experience and additional features. A phased soft launch is currently underway.
